Debate : Future of Youth of India is bright up abroad than in India.

         On 26/December /2015  I and Dipti participated in Debate competition which was held by Excel Expression 2015.  Judges s gave us first two topics to select one collaboratively. Subjects were.....

( 1) Industrialisation and safe environment can't go together

( 2 )  Future of Youth of India is bright up abroad than in India.

            we selected second one for debate. Really it was  full of  healthy arguments .  As a team we performed there and we also performed individually for the subject and oppose the subject.

  Here, I  am just share  my overall views about topic with both sides and some counter points also which was given by others also. If you have any arguments or compliments,  please share with me.

                     

                       "Future of Youth of India is bright up abroad than in India."

            વિદેશ શબ્દ આવે એટલે તરત જ ..... America, Brazil, Canada, England, Bangkok, જેવા નામો મગજમાં ફરવા લાગે. ને એમાં પણ specifically California, Toronto, New York  , London જેવા નામો આસપાસ તરવા લાગે.

              વિદેશને જો બીજી પરીભાષા ભારતીયો માટે આપીએ તો વિદેશ એટલે...........ભારતની બહાર, જે ભારત નથી તે . તેમ છતાં માનસિકતા અમુક નામો આગળ જ અટવાઇ રહી છે . 
  
   Why Pakistan is not considered out country ?  Why Syria is not considered better place for development though it is Other country.  Means... still we believe that only some of countries are able to provide good opportunities for bright future of Youth.

    America is country where we have  to suffer and become the victim at some extent. But In Africa , we become colonizer and they are exploited by us. So, It depends which side you want to take ?

            We all living in  the age of globalization.  This 21st century is age the age which is not considered even in dream by our predecessors.  Why youth of India want go  outside ? Why?   The  following things are the most effected to leave India like.....

1. The most important Freedom/liberty

 2. Education System

 3. Technology

 4. Equal Opportunity

         In India still we are not able to developed proper infrastructure.  If we still talk about our past which great and only emotionally driven things how can we develop now ? "ભારત પહેલાં સોને કી ચીડીયા હતું" હવે નથી ..  યુવાનોના નેતા સ્વામી વિવેકાનંદને પણ world platform ની જરુર પડી હતી વિદેશોમાં ભારતની પ્રતિષ્ઠા સ્થાપવા માટે .. Then why we all are not agree that opportunity is  far better there  than India. Youth can get the international platform going outside of country. I think  it is also help to develop our country to give foreign currency back to country. Then  Why youth  have to stay here?  We have to understand the difference between two different questions.....

Do we need go outside? &  Should we go outside?

We no need to go outside  but if we go outside we get much more opportunity than in India. ભારત પ્રાચીન કાળથી એક પ્રવિત્ર ભૂમિ તરીકે પૂજાતો રહ્યો છે. આ ભૂમિએ વિશ્રને પ્રદાન કર્યું છે તેનું અનેરુ સ્થાન છે જ . But that is past .What about the future of Youth ? Does it affect ?

    Education system is far better than India. After education  job opportunity is much there rather than in India. Digital classroom and technology is also far enhanced. In India , we restrict the people and banning their creativity. We have one path to follow in India but in out country one may break the structure . We have example of Online courses like...... Coursera , SCOPE , etc.... there is no age limitation.  Parents and children both can do course together.  Because of this university and advance technology Indians also can so this. Then where is the problem?  Equality and equity both is there . And the most important part is  their questioning spirit. They teach from the childhood how to question ? Which is prohibited in India.

Sundar pichai , Indra Nuie, we have lots of example who have high post in out country. .આપણે હજુ પણ પરંપરા ને રિવાજોમાં અટકી ગયા છીએ. આપણી પરંપરાઓ જીવે છે ને માણસ મરતો રહે છે ને માટે યુવાન ભારત છોડીને જવા માંગે છે  . આપણે કોઇપણ વસ્તુને લાદવામાં માનીએ છીએ ને પેઢી દર પેઢી ચાલુ જ રહે છે.

We all are some time emotionally driven without rational thinking and  become fool.   આજની સમસ્યાના સમાધાનો હજુ આપણે ગઇકાલની દ્રષ્ટિથી જોઇએ છે. We need to change the mentality. Though we live in India we all are "half Indians."   

  One of my friends said that " ખાદીએ વસ્ત્ર  નથી ; વિચારધારા છે. " Yes ,I fully agree with this statement but problem  is that outsider adopt વિચારધારા and develop their country and miserable thing is that we can't accept either વિચારધારા nor khadi.

            India is known for "Unity in Diversity". Yes, that is true.  India contributed so many things to the world. We had so great scholars and Saints in past but what about Present?  I am not telling to leave the past but now youth have responsibility to hold up the country for its betterment.

            Why other people are  adapted our culture that is the question ? They have sight to see beyond the boundary.  We have Yoga but , How many of you are doing it regularly ? They do because they knows the value of human life. Though they carry raw material from India, they make smooth clothe over there.

Why we have to bane the things in India ? Why we are not able to teach what is right and what is wrong? What is good  and what is bad for them?  Why we need to bane " Nirbhya's Documentary" ? Why we are unable to accept our own dark sides? why  we hide our own real face or our own reality in behind the curtain of "Shining India".?  We have no practicality . They have practical way of looking the things and way of living the life. They believe in work culture.  Transparency is found there.  

             Statue of Liberty is there as the symbol of Freedom. Creativity and imagination is the most important part of development. Individually can't be restricted . One must get the chance to select the things for herself/himself.  Not given the opportunity to do that that is the big problem which is done here. Economy is far better than India.

            In India we just talk about Morality and Sanskar but in practical life we find the absences of this things. Morality is in practical life. They keep the dignity of thoughts and individual.  what is the problem  if one wants to go outside or leave the India? We have to learn things from others and have  to respect other culture also. Now, in this age of globalization, one can't be relied on one country. We are moving Local to Global to make it..... "Glocal"   and then even we are strongly hold our roots? No doubt our past is great , it was too rich to defeat any other country. But, now time is transformed. We have to accept their technology , way of doing work and everything which is good for us.  

            If I am in favour of going abroad , it doesn't mean that I am criticizing India. I compromise my moral values and other things . I have no respect  and love for my country or I am  Anti- National. It means .... I am just accept the vast opportunity which given to me from the outside of country. Innovative way of doing the things , your free ideas and creations are much valued and respected there.

ભારતમાં ગરીબ વધારે ગરીબ અને અમીર વધારે અમીર બનતો જાય છે. હા, છે ભારતમાં યુવાધન વધારે....but What is role of Youth in India?  Merely doing nothing , they just do labor work in Multinational companies or  be the Customers of it.

   હજુ આપણે જોઇએ એટલી પ્રમાણમાં રોજગારી ઊભી નથી કરી શક્યા. We have no better policy through which people are able to force the Youth to stay in India.

One of My friends said in counter point  that ......"કૈલાસ તો બીજાદેશમાં કદાચ ઊભું કરી આપશો પણ શંકર ભગવાન ક્યાંથી લાવશો ?" 

According to me , there is no need of Shiva because they have their own culture and civilization and their God  is there . અર્થ એનો એ નથી કે તમારે તમારા ભગવાન બદલવાના છે. ના, એવું કરવાનું જ નથી.  But one must understand the existence of other also. One has to respect other culture and civilization.  Co-existence is far better way of living life in the World in the age of Globalization. Accept the things which is good for you no matter what where it belongs.

                                             "East is east , west is west."

No doubts , each has its own positive and negative aspects.  I listen   that  after going abroad one has to suffer from homesickness, One lots so many things like... relationship, family, friends , emotional attachment  etc..... But I think it is not so.  Intuitions are always within and true relations are never changed . It doesn't affect how far you are! Personally, Professionally, I can say that future of Youth is bright up abroad than in India.
